  • CIS 300 Online Crimp Inspection System

    The crimp number is an important parameter of short fiber, which is related to the subsequent processing technology. The current general test method is to manually record the crimp number on a fiber. Since there are hundreds of thousands of single fibers in the tow width, the difference in the number of crimps in the tow width may exceed 300%, so the result of the artificial method may be different from the actual number of crimps.

      Easy access to information, personalized feedback reports and 2-D and 3-D charts. The front end displays the data package report directly, and the historical data can be displayed by the optional data terminal

      Scanning width: each sensor is about 125 mm, the actual image area is 2.5×3.2 cm
