PROMPT OLC can detect the color changes of monofilament, multifilament or other small and curved objects, and pre-store the reference value when the yarn color is normal. During the production process , PROMPT OLC monitors the running yarn in real time . When the yarn color detected by the detector exceeds the color difference preset by the system, the system will issue an alarm and record it.
 If the signal from the sensor is processed by a computer, the result will be displayed in the PROMPT visualization software, and relevant analysis will be provided. If the signal is processed by the PLC , the status of the sensor will be displayed on the LED screen. Using PROMPT OLC simplifies the classification of products of different colors and avoids complicated and time-consuming color matching procedures.
