 PROMPT OLO is a fully enclosed high-tech optical sensor, suitable for POY , FDY , DTY and other filaments and PET , PA , PP and other materials. It can operate normally even in a relatively harsh working environment.
 The PROMPT OLO sensor is equipped with an independent detection mechanism for filaments and hair masses, which will calculate the number of defects based on the length of the filaments on the surface of the yarn and the hair masses. The test result is connected to the computer operating software through the bridge box, so that the quality of the yarn can be immediately analyzed and judged.
